Recent Clarion Collection Havnekontoret Review: "We were extremely pleased with our total of six nights stay and feel we were in the best choice of hotels in Bergen. We were a little sad to leave. Both rooms were very attractive, well maintained, great location, and very comfortable. The lobby is very attractive and inviting. All the staff members were extremely customer service oriented--very friendly and helpful. This hotel offered three meal options a day--buffet breakfast, midafternoon do-it-yourself pancakes, and buffet dinner included in the cost of the room. We soon realized how important this service was because of the high cost of dining out in Bergen. There was unlimited coffee and tea and free internet access which was a real plus. The location of the hotel is fantastic--right on the Bryggen. The airport bus stopped outside--very convenient. We feel we had the best of everything we wanted. We do not have one negative comment. On a scale of 1 to 10, we would rate this hotel as an 11 :-o). I would recommend it to anyone contemplating a visit to Bergen."
